OUR MOUSSES
Our raspberry mousse contains around 30% pure raspberry fruit. Glenilen natural
yoghurt, Glenilen cream, sugar, water and gelatine make up the remainder.
The fruit flavour really hits you on your first taste. A relatively healthy
dessert as it contains only 9% fat.
You can buy it in 2 sizes 550g (large) and 145g (small).The large mousse serves
6-8 people. We like to serve it with shortbread biscuits and fresh raspberries
or with meringue nests and cream.

and 9g total fat. As there are no preservatives or anything artificial in the
mousse, the shelf life is short.
