OUR CREAM CHEESE
This is a low fat cream cheese made from whole milk and contains about
10% fat (otherwise known as quark or fromage frais). This is the main ingredient
in our cheesecakes and is very versatile on its own also.
Serve it sweet, with fruit, or savoury with garlic and herbs, mix it with your
favourite relish or try it mixed with smoked fish.
