All of our Products are made on the Farm in West Cork:

Natural Yoghurt & Fruit Compote Jars
We have 6 varieties i.e. Natural, Strawberry, Apple, Plum, Rhubarb and Crushed Raspberry. The fruit varieties have a thick layer of fruit on the bottom topped with our Glenilen natural probiotic yoghurt. The fruit compote, either plum, apple or rhubarb is in a layer at the base, or we do crushed raspberry as well and now strawberry also. We don't add any sugar to the yoghurt, in this day of oversweetened foods, so if it's not sweet enough for you just add more.
You may notice our new jar, our supplier of our original jars was unable to continue to supply us, so we eventually found the one on the shelves now. It is smaller so we reduced the price to the shops and trust they are passing the reduction on to you,our customers.
Cheesecakes
Our cheesecakes are handmade with Glenilen fromage frais and Glenilen double cream. We do 5 flavours; lemon, (using freshly squeezed lemon juice), summerfruits (pure fruit), strawberry )pure fruit), Irish cream liqueur, and cappuccino.
As you can see, this is why they taste so homemade, because that's exactly what they are.
All the cheesecakes are suitable for home freezing if frozen on the day of purchase and consumed immediately on thawing (otherwise the base is inclined to get soggy), this is also a convenient way of removing the cheesecake from it's container for presentation on a plate, just pop in the freezer for 2-3 hours.

Raspberry Mousse
Our raspberry mousse contains around 30% pure fruit. Glenilen natural yogurt, Glenilen cream, sugar, water and gelatine make up the remainder.
The fruit flavour really hits you on your first taste. A relatively healthy dessert as they contain only 9% fat.
As there are no preservatives (or anything artificial) in the mousse, the shelf life is short.

Wild Blueberry Sundae
Lower layer of wild blueberries with a sprinkling of sugar, main middle portion of our probiotic Natural yogurt and topped off with a layer of raspberry mousse.
Luxurious Double cream
Double cream is hard to come by here in Ireland so we decided to bring one out ourselves. Beautifully rich.
If you happen to come across a pot and think it's too rich, gradually add a tiny bit of milk in to thin it down to what you require.
Clotted Cream
Traditionally associated with Devon and Cornwall, clotted cream could be called 'double-double cream'. Very rich at 60% fat but very delicous. Spread it on scones with jam for that traditional cream tea or try it on fruit tarts, desserts...
It comes in a screw top jar and has a shelf life of 4 weeks, unopened and refrigerated.
Quark / Fromage Frais
We have been awarded a gold medal at the prestigous British Cheese Awards 2008.
This is a low fat cream cheese made from whole milk and contains about 10% fat. This is the main ingredient in our cheesecakes and is very versatile on its own also. Serve it sweet, with fruit , or savoury with garlic and herbs, mix it with your favourite relish or try it mixed with smoked fish.
