Our products are made on the family farm in West Cork, Ireland. We are dairy farmers and each product is carefully handmade from the milk of our own herd and of neighbouring farms.

A Fun Day Out in Skibbereen
We had a great day out in Skibbereen at the annual Carbery Show. We made lots of delicious smoothies from fruit and

Glenilen Farm Cheesecake - To Serve!
Looking to serve your Glenilen Cheesecake on a serving plate for a dinner party? See our tips below to help:
- Remove the sleeve and lid and run a warm knife around the outside of the cake to loosen.
- Flip the cheesecake onto a plate with the base facing upwards.
- Remove the remainder of the packaging, take another plate and flip the cheesecake over again so that the creamy filling is facing upwards for presentation.
